About this statement

CutCap is a personal investment publication operated from New York. This statement describes how information is handled when you visit cutcap.com or contact me.

What is collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and organization if you provide it. Hosting and security services may also process your IP address, browser information, access times, and requested pages. Please do not send account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

How it is used and shared

Contact information is used to respond to messages and maintain correspondence. Technical information helps operate the site and prevent abuse. Hostinger and the email services used to receive and respond to messages process information for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the site and its users. CutCap does not sell contact information or use form submissions to enroll you in marketing emails.

Cookies and tracking

The site has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by CutCap. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technology for security and site operation. CutCap does not use visitor information for targeted advertising and does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention and requests

Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a record of the conversation, or meet legal obligations. Hosting and email providers may retain technical records and backups under their own policies. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hi@cutcap.com. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
